Albanian-Italian theatre director and community artist based in London. My work blends physical theatre, multilingual storytelling, and socially engaged performance, drawing on influences from Jacques Lecoq, Pina Bausch and Augusto Boal. I'm currently pursuing an MA in Community and Education at Mountview, where I continue to explore theatre as a tool for solidarity, cultural resistance, and collective healing.

ROB ADAMS - FOUNDER/ ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

English actor, teacher, and mentor. My 30-year career bridges Theatre in Education, community projects, and the West End stage. A graduate of Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama, I'm passionate about making theatre accessible and inspiring the next generation of performers. My recent work includes the short film Collision Course and acclaimed stage productions of Macbeth, Brokeback Mountain, and Mrs Warren’s Profession in the West End, always bringing the same commitment to storytelling, whether in a local hall or a London theatre.

MARIA ( MASHA ) STYDENKO -DRAMATHERAPIST

After beginning her career as an actor/dancer, and witnessing the therapeutic potential of drama, Masha went on to train as a Drama and Movement Therapist. She is HCPC-registered and a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists. Maria is passionate about facilitating healing and personal growth through self-expression. She is also a certified yoga teacher as well as a tarot reader.
